Clinical expertise with a practical, person-centred approach.

I'm Kim, an Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience supporting people with disability and complex support needs.

I have lived and worked on the Sunshine Coast for many years and have been working in the NDIS space since 2020.

My focus is on understanding what is happening functionally, why it is happening, and what practical intervention, equipment, environmental change or support will make a meaningful difference.

Functional Capacity Evaluations

Detailed assessment of functional performance, support needs, risks and goals for NDIS planning and review.

Complex Home Modifications

Clinical assessment and recommendations for complex home environments, accessibility, safety and independence.

Neurological Rehabilitation

Experience across neurology, including acute rehabilitation following stroke and progressive neurological conditions.

Complex Seating & Positioning

Assessment, prescription and trials for complex wheelchair seating, positioning, posture and pressure care.

Assistive Technology & Equipment

Clinical assessment, trials and prescription of complex assistive technology to support safety and participation.

Capacity Building & Skill Development

Graded, progressive occupation-based intervention, including IADL skill development and support for autistic people.

NDIS Registered Provider

Registered to work with NDIS participants across funding arrangements.

Sun & Sea OT is a registered NDIS provider and can provide relevant supports to participants with NDIA-managed (agency-managed), plan-managed and self-managed funding, subject to applicable NDIS requirements.
